Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Orange Rabbit Designs website or placing an order. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Us

Orange Rabbit Designs is an independent print-on-demand apparel and accessories brand. We create original graphic designs printed and fulfilled through trusted US-based vendors including Printful, Printify, and Gelato. Every item is made to order specifically for you.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Orange Rabbit Designs and supersede any prior agreements.

3. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be effective upon posting with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Products, Descriptions, and Availability

We make every effort to display product images, colors, and descriptions accurately. However, actual colors, sizes, and materials may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor settings and the nature of print-on-demand production.

All product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent or placed in error. In the event of a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected order and issue a full refund.

5. Print on Demand

Orange Rabbit Designs operates on a print-on-demand model. This means every item is produced specifically for you at the time of your order. Because of this, production typically takes 2–4 business days before your order ships. This model helps reduce overproduction and waste — thank you for supporting a more sustainable way to shop.

6. Orders and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Order acceptance occurs when we send a confirmation email indicating your order has been received and is in production.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is due at the time of order. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the full order amount including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated shipping and delivery dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Domestic shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in product prices or shipping costs unless expressly stated.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel your order or change the size or color of an item within one hour of placing your order. After one hour, your order moves into production and cannot be cancelled or changed. Please double-check your order before submitting.

9. Returns and Refunds

Because every item is made to order, we are only able to accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be in original, unworn, and unused condition

  • Personalized items (name, custom text, etc.) are non-returnable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

To initiate a return, email us with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide a return shipping address. Once we receive the item in qualifying condition, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

10. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print or embroidery issue, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo and your order number. You do not need to return the item. We will send a replacement at no charge.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Orange Rabbit Designs website — including logos, designs, text, images, graphics, and artwork — is the property of Orange Rabbit Designs and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent.

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed by content on our site, please contact us directly.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or services to:

  • Engage in unlawful activity

  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others

  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or malicious content

  • Harass, threaten, or harm others

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

13. Limitation of Liability

Orange Rabbit Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question.

Our website and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
