Domestic shipping

Shipping costs are based on the items weight. Each Print on Demand vendor sets shipping costs for each item, such as a t-shirt, mug, hoodie etc. Those shipping costs are calculated when you checkout.

returns & exchanges

• We do not accept exchanges.
• You may cancel your order within one hour of ordering. After one hour, your order moves to production.
• We do take returns if your item is not personalized. Personalized items are not returnable.

RETURNS Process:
If you need to return something, and you are within 14 days of purchase, we will provide a shipping address to you for the return. The return is at your expense. Please email us and let us know your reason for returning and provide your order number. We will let you know if your order qualifies for a return. Once you ship the item, please email us and provide a tracking number. When we receive it back in its original, unused condition, we will issue a refund to your credit card. This can take 7 days for it to show up back on your card. If your item looks used, we will deny your refund.

If you like your item, but ordered the incorrect size or color, you will need to return the item and then re-order the correct size/color.

Orange Rabbit Designs is a Print on Demand Shop. The items you order are printed Just for You, by a third party and shipped to you. We use Printful, Printify and Gelato; USA based vendors we trust. A Print on Demand business model is part of our goal; to achieve less waste and over production of goods.

damaged or faulty goods

If you receive your printed/embroidered shirt, hoodie etc. and it is not done well, please take a photo and email it to us with your order number. There is no need to return it.
We will get you a replacement.

The same goes for mugs and other items; if it is chipped, dented, broken etc., please take a photo and email it to us. We will get you a replacement.
