Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items. Since each product is made to order through our print-on-demand partners, shipping rates are set per item — so your final shipping cost will reflect exactly what you ordered.

returns & exchanges

We want you to love your order. Here's what you need to know:

Cancellations: Made a mistake? No problem — you can cancel your order within one hour of placing it. After that, your order moves into production and unfortunately can't be cancelled.

Returns: We accept returns on non-personalized items within 14 days of receiving your order. If your item is personalized with a name or custom detail, it was made just for you and cannot be returned.

Exchanges: Because every item is printed on demand specifically for you, we're unable to offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size or color, simply return the original item and place a new order for the correct one.

Returns
If you'd like to return an item, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply email us with your order number and the reason for your return and we'll let you know if your order qualifies. If approved, we'll send you a return shipping address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is on its way, please email us your tracking number so we can keep an eye out for it. When we receive the item back in its original, unworn, and unused condition, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Wrong Size or Color?
If you ordered the wrong size or color, simply return the original item and place a new order for the correct one. We know it's an extra step and we appreciate your patience.

damaged or DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives with a print or embroidery issue — uneven stitching, a misaligned graphic, fading, or anything that doesn't look right — please snap a photo and email it to us along with your order number. No need to ship it back. We'll take care of it and get a replacement on its way to you.

The same goes for mugs, drinkware, and any other items that arrive chipped, cracked, dented, or broken — just send us a photo and your order number and we'll make it right.

We stand behind every item we sell. If anything about your order isn't what you expected, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're a small shop and we genuinely care about getting it right for you.
