Domestic shipping

Shipping costs are based on the items weight. Each Print on Demand vendor sets shipping costs for each item, such as a t-shirt, mug, hoodie etc. Those shipping costs are calculated when you checkout.

returns & exchanges

• We do not take returns or do exchanges.
• You may cancel your order within one hour of ordering. After one hour,
your order has gone into production and can not be stopped.
• We do not have a warehouse or facility.

Orange Rabbit Designs is a Print on Demand Shop. The items you order are printed/ made by a third party and shipped to you. We use Printful, Printify and Gelato; USA based vendors we trust. A Print on Demand business model is part of our goal; to achieve less waste and over production of goods.

damaged or faulty goods

If you receive your printed/embroidered shirt, hoodie etc. and it is not done well, please take a photo and email it to us with your order number. We will get you a replacement from the Print on Demand vendor.

The same goes for mugs and other items; if it is chipped, dented, broken etc., please take a photo and email it to us. We will get you a replacement from the Print on Demand vendor. They do not refund anything, but they will replace items to make things right.
