Can I return or exchange my order?

You can not return or exchange your order. If something is wrong with your order please reach out to us. If your shirt for instance, is not printed or embroidered well, we will get you a replacement. Our Print on Demand vendors do not refund anything, but they will replace items not produced well. Send us photos of the item so we can get you a replacement.

What if I am not sure about what size to order?

If you are unsure about sizing, please reach out to us and we will try to help. Be sure to look at the items listing images. Some of the all over print items tell you to order One Size Up. Otherwise, you can grab one of your hoodies or tees from your closet, and compare it to the size chart provided. If you are between sizes on the size chart, its best to go with the larger size. Clothing manufacturers have a 2” variance on size charts, so always go with the larger size if in between sizes.

Why is it taking so long to get my item?

We use a Print on Demand business model. Our POD vendors produce your item(s) when you order and ship them to you. Production times range from 1-8 days depending on the item and domestic shipping is usually 3-5 days Standard USPS Mail. Ordering this way might take a bit longer to get your items, but you are helping to reduce waste and the overproduction of goods. We all must do our part for a cleaner, brighter future. Why does my shirt smell ?

What you are smelling on certain apparel is the ink. Your shirt, hoodie, etc. has been freshly printed for you and sewn together in some cases. Since it was Just printed, sometimes the ink is off gasing a bit since it’s been wrapped up in the shipping packaging. Please turn your item inside out and wash it before wearing it. Washing it will get rid of the smell.

Why don’t you ship to other countries?

We plan to expand at some point. For now, we only ship to the USA. If you are in Canada or the EU, please check back in a few months. We are working on expanding our shipping locations.
