Something not right with your order?

If your item arrives with a print or embroidery issue, or something like a mug arrives chipped or damaged, please don't stress — we'll make it right. Just snap a few clear photos of the issue and email them to us along with your order number. We'll get a replacement on its way to you as quickly as we can.

Need to cancel or make a change?

You have one hour from the time you place your order to cancel or make changes — like updating a size, color, or shipping address. After that, your item moves into production and we're unable to make any adjustments.

Before you submit your order, please take a moment to double-check your size selection, item details, and shipping address. A small typo in your address can mean your package doesn't find its way to you, and we'd hate for that to happen!
