If you receive your order, and it is not printed well, or a mug is chipped, etc. please take a photo and email it to us with your order number— we will get you a replacement product. We need good photos, so we can request a replacement.
Our Print on Demand vendors will replace items if not printed/produced well, however, they do not offer refunds.

Please remember, if you have ordered, you have one hour to cancel or change something on your order— like the size or color you chose. After one hour, your item goes into production and we can not make any changes.
Please check your item choices, information and shipping address to make sure all is correct. Please check your spelling and look for typos. If you misspell your shipping address, your package may not get to you.
